Diane Dragan, a lifelong learner, pursued her education at the University of Nebraska and Pepperdine Law School. Since 2006, Diane has represented indigent defendants in federal court. During this time, she became acutely aware of the importance of education to open opportunities.
Her personal journey with her children’s dyslexia sparked her advocacy for better educational services. Diane is shifting from criminal defense work to a focus on advocating for all children to have access to a Free and Appropriate Public Education. Diane is leveraging her 25 years of litigation experience to help special needs families. She is licensed in Missouri and Nebraska.
